The purpose of this application is to grab user feedback based on their temperature, age, gender, race, COVID-19 test dates, and symptoms the user might feel.

Does the app have a contact tracing feature?

No, the purpose of this app is not to detect if you have been exposed to somebody with COVID-19 its only to keep track of your symptoms by filling out a questionarie on a day-to-day basis.
